What You will do:
As a Product Manager at Ubeya, you will drive the development and execution of key product features that serve both our business clients and their end-users. You’ll collaborate across departments, including UX/UI, engineering, and marketing, to create intuitive, scalable solutions on both our web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for web and native applications.
- Work closely with UX/UI teams to ensure user-centered design practices are incorporated into product development.
- Collaborate with engineering to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
- Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive data to continuously improve the product offering.
- Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
- Communicate product vision and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data and analytics to measure product performance and inform future product decisions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B2C SAAS environment.
- Proven experience working with both web and native applications.
- Strong background in UX design principles and a track record of delivering user-friendly products.
- Ability to turn complex business challenges into actionable product solutions.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and workforce management tools.
- Nice to have: Experience in product management for fast-growing tech companies.
