The Role

We're hiring a full time passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional technical assistance to our valued clients. You'll be the bridge between our innovative platform and our users, ensuring they leverage Ubeya's full potential.

What You'll Do

  • Be a customer champion! Respond to inquiries promptly and accurately via chat and Zoom call.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and provide insights to improve processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure they maximize the value of our platform.
  • Cultivate customer loyalty and growth – your positive attitude and dedication to customer success are essential!
  • Work closely with your manager through clear daily updates to strengthen the unified customer-facing team.
  • Work on Monday-Friday with mobile presence on Saturdays.
